CenLand, the real estate company, intends to focus on developing social housing (NOXH) starting in 2025 to address housing issues for middle and low-income citizens. The company plans to develop NOXH projects near major cities and collaborate with local authorities to leverage preferential policies. CenLand also aims to expand into vocational education and develop healthcare real estate. The revenue target for 2025 is 4.15 trillion VND, with a pre-tax profit of 300 billion VND, significantly higher than in 2024. The Board of Directors also intends to retain profits for future dividend distributions. 2025 is seen as the beginning of a new development cycle for Vietnam’s real estate market, focusing on the NOXH segment with a goal of completing 1.5 million units.
