Announcement of the 200 largest tax-paying enterprises in Vietnam: Total contribution of 794 trillion VND, Vingroup narrows the gap with PetroVietnam’s number one position

CafeF has announced the VNTAX 200 list, recognizing the 200 largest tax-paying enterprises in Vietnam, with a total contribution of 794 trillion VND, an increase of 109 trillion VND compared to the previous year. On this list, PetroVietnam ranks first with 77.4 trillion VND, followed by Vingroup with 56.2 trillion VND, narrowing the gap with the number one position. 125 out of the 200 enterprises have paid more than 200 trillion VND, with 17 companies paying over 10 trillion VND. The top 10 enterprises contributed 362 trillion VND, accounting for 45% of the total of the list. Vingroup paid 40.1 trillion VND from Vinhomes, a subsidiary in the real estate sector, and rose to second place. The petroleum industry has several representatives such as PetroVietnam, Petrolimex, and NSRP in the top 10. Additionally, private banks also showed significant growth, with Agribank recording an increase in contributions of nearly 80%. Private enterprises such as Coteccons, FPT, and MoMo are also expanding their contributions to the budget. This list reflects the critical importance of enterprises to the Vietnamese economy.
