CafeF has just announced the Top 20 private real estate companies contributing the most to Vietnam’s budget in 2024, celebrating the role of businesses in economic development. This list is part of the CafeF Lists recognition system, including PRIVATE 100 and VNTAX 200, featuring companies contributing over 100 billion VND in taxes. The Top 20 private real estate companies have contributed more than 63.2 trillion VND to the national budget, with 13 companies contributing over 1 trillion VND. The growth in contributions reached 60%, led by Vinhomes with 40.142 trillion VND. Major names in the field like Nam Long, BIM Group, and DOJILAND have also made significant contributions. The real estate market plays a crucial role in securing national budget revenue, with property taxes accounting for over 17% of total domestic revenue and potential for strong growth in the future.
