CafeF has announced the list of the Top 20 private real estate companies that contribute the most to Vietnam’s budget, aiming to honor businesses that significantly contribute to the state budget, especially as these companies increasingly play a vital role in economic development. In 2024, the total budget contribution of these 20 companies reached over 63.2 trillion VND, with 13 companies contributing over 1 trillion VND, a 60% increase compared to the previous year. Vinhomes leads with 40.142 trillion VND, followed by Nam Long and BIM Group, with large-scale real estate projects. Revenues from real estate significantly contribute to local budgets, with Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City reporting strong growth. It is projected that in 2025, the revenue from real estate will continue to rise due to large approved projects.
