CafeF has announced the list honoring the Top 20 private real estate companies that contribute the most to Vietnam’s budget. In the fiscal year 2024, these companies collectively contributed over 63.2 trillion VND, a 60% increase from the previous year. Vinhomes topped the list with 40.142 trillion VND. Companies like BIM Group, Nam Long, and DOJILAND also made significant contributions. This list is part of an effort to recognize the role of businesses in contributing to the national budget, particularly from the real estate sector, which accounts for over 17.5% of total domestic revenue. The companies listed are implementing numerous large-scale projects, increasing asset value and ensuring sustainable revenue for the budget. Tax contributions from this sector not only support local budgets but also serve as an essential measure of corporate development in a growing economy.
