CafeF has announced the Top 20 private real estate companies that contributed the most to the state budget in Vietnam for 2024. Together, these companies paid over 63.200 trillion VND, with 13 companies contributing over 1 trillion VND each, marking a 60% increase from the previous year. Leading the list is Vinhomes, which contributed 40.142 trillion VND, followed by Nam Long and BIM Group. These companies significantly contribute to the state budget through land taxes and corporate income taxes. The revenue from real estate is estimated to account for over 17.5% of total domestic revenue in 2025. The trend is expected to continue as many large projects have been approved for land price. The strong growth of real estate companies not only boosts the state budget but also contributes to infrastructure development and urbanization in many localities.
