CafeF has announced the VNTAX 200 list, highlighting the 200 largest tax-contributing enterprises in Vietnam, with a total contribution of 794 trillion VND in 2024, up 109 trillion from the previous year. Leading the list is PetroVietnam with 77.4 trillion VND, followed closely by Vingroup at 56.2 trillion VND, indicating a close competition for the top two positions. This list reflects contributions from enterprises across various sectors, including four state-owned enterprises and four foreign-invested enterprises among the top ten, alongside two private firms. Vingroup has recorded strong growth through Vinhomes, yet only 36 private enterprises are represented in the top 100. Key sectors such as banking, oil and gas, and information technology also show significant tax contributions. Currently, the real estate sector predominantly dominates contributions from private enterprises. The list serves to validate these companies as crucial contributors to Vietnam’s economic growth, honoring their financial responsibilities while emphasizing social commitment.
