Viglacera Corporation (HOSE: VGC) has accepted the resignation of Quach Huu Thuan, Deputy General Director in charge of tiles and media, effective from December 1. Born in 1974, Thuan has held this position since March 2021, and is also Vice Chairman of Viglacera Ha Long. Viglacera reported that third-quarter revenue for 2025 reached 3.254 trillion VND, down 65% year-on-year; net profit after tax decreased by 88% due to adverse weather conditions. Cumulative revenue for the first nine months reached 9.337 trillion VND, an increase of 14%; net profit after tax was 851 billion VND, up 49%. The tile segment continues to lead in revenue. VGC shares fell from 65,000 VND/share to 44,150 VND/share after previous highs. Shortly before, another Deputy General Director also resigned to focus on a different company.
