The Construction Group Tracodi JSC (TCD) has announced that its Vice Chairwoman Huynh Thi Kim Tuyen has been prosecuted. Despite this, the company’s business activities continue as usual. In 2024, Tracodi’s revenue reached 1,160 billion VND, a decrease of 35% compared to the same period last year, with a 37% drop in net profit. Tuyen also serves on the Supervisory Board of BCG Energy JSC, a subsidiary of Bamboo Capital (BCG). Furthermore, former Chairman Nguyen Ho Nam of Bamboo Capital has also been prosecuted and resigned on April 27, 2024. Bamboo Capital asserts it will continue to provide transparent information according to legal regulations to protect shareholders’ interests.
