Anthony Pompliano revealed a 1 billion USD merger to establish ProCap Financial, a Bitcoin-native financial services company, through combining ProCap BTC LLC with Columbus Circle Capital Corp I.
The venture has successfully raised 750 million USD, the largest initial fundraising for a Bitcoin treasury company, aiming to acquire Bitcoin and develop revenue-generating services tied to BTC holdings.
