On June 3rd, APG Securities’ shares reached the ceiling at 12,600 VND/share with over 1.1 million shares traded. Notably, a large negotiated transaction involved over 37 million shares, valued at over 400 billion VND, averaging 11,000 VND/share. This strong increase followed APG’s restructuring efforts, relocating its headquarters to Ho Chi Minh City, and shifting its business focus towards financial services and asset management. The foreign shareholder PANDO now holds over 5% and plans to acquire an additional 40 million shares, raising their ownership to 23.14%. Meanwhile, Chairman Nguyen Ho Hung has registered to sell 6 million shares, reducing his stake from 3.03% to 0.35%. At the 2025 general meeting, APG set a profit target of 120 billion VND and plans to issue 100 million shares to raise 1,200 billion VND for margin lending and investments.
