Mr. Lim Heon Young, a member of the Board of Directors of APH Joint Stock Company, has submitted his resignation letter. In the letter, he cited personal reasons that prevent him from continuing in this role. Mr. Lim expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the Board and the company’s staff for the experiences and opportunities he had during his tenure. His resignation is intended to allow other members to contribute fresh ideas and efforts to the company’s development. The Board will proceed with the resignation acceptance procedures and discuss finding a suitable replacement. This will not affect the daily operations of the company, as APH will continue to develop according to its established roadmap.
