Arbitrum introduces timeboost proposal for MEV and voting

Arbitrum Foundation has proposed a new transaction ordering strategy, Timeboost, for use on Arbitrum One and Nova.

Timeboost allows for the auctioning of fast lane usage rights, providing winners with the advantage of included transactions. This gives them the opportunity to capture arbitrage opportunities.
