Arbitrum proposes Orbit Chain deployment on non-Ethereum networks

Arbitrum has initiated a proposal to allow the deployment of Orbit chains on networks outside of Ethereum, such as Bitcoin and Cosmos.

In return, the newly established Orbit chains are required to return 10% of their on-chain profits to the Arbitrum ecosystem, with 8% allocated to ArbitrumDAO and 2% to the Developers Association.
