Armenia expands cryptocurrency trading license with cash until July next year

Armenia’s government has officially extended the license period for cash-based cryptocurrency trading until July 2026, facilitating easier access to digital assets for citizens.

New amendments to the Crypto Assets Law now impose a transaction limit of 300,000 drams (approximately 780 USD), while requiring seller compliance in identity verification and transaction records.
