AsiaStrategy’s CEO emerges as largest shareholder following major shareholder restructuring

Jason Fang, CEO of Sora Ventures, has taken over as the largest shareholder of AsiaStrategy due to a restructuring in its major shareholder structure, previously held by Ngai Kwan.

Post-restructuring, Ngai Kwan holds 49%, Sora Vision Limited maintains 30%, and Sora Ventures II Master Fund controls 21%, with no impact on the company’s management or operations.
