Bach Hoa Xanh (BHZ), part of the Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG), has announced plans to recruit staff for a new store opening in Thai Thuy, Hung Yen. They are looking for supermarket employees and store managers to fulfill tasks like advising, selling, and managing goods. This is part of the “Northern Expansion” strategy aiming to open 1,000 stores per year starting in 2026. In 2025, BHX plans to open 400 stores but has already exceeded expectations with 414 stores in the first nine months, achieving a revenue of 34.4 trillion VND, up 14% year-on-year. The company aims for an IPO in 2028 with a revenue target of 10 billion USD, while also planning to develop more flexible store models and to increase online sales from 5% to 10%. This presents a significant opportunity for BHX in optimizing its business operations.
