This offering aims to increase the company’s charter capital to enhance its financial capacity and expand its business operations. A total of 5 million shares were offered at a price of 15,000 VND per share, bringing in 75 billion VND. Additionally, the Board also approved changes to several articles in the company’s charter to comply with new legal regulations and the current business operations. These amendments will help the company operate more efficiently and improve risk management.
