BAF Vietnam Agribusiness Joint Stock Company (BAF) has commenced construction of its third animal feed factory in Binh Dinh, with a total investment of 550 billion VND. The factory covers an area of 3.5 hectares, has a designed capacity of 300,000 tons/year, and is expected to be operational by the end of 2025. This new factory aims to enhance feed production capacity and reduce costs for farms in the Central and Central Highlands regions. Currently, BAF has 47,000 sows, with a goal to achieve 10 million market pigs by 2030. By 2024, BAF will become a partner of Muyuan Group and apply the “pig apartment” model. In 2025, BAF aims to supply 60,000 pigs in Q1 and increase to 200,000 in Q2, with anticipated revenues of 6,000 – 6,500 billion VND for the year, continuing to expand through M&A of 10-12 farms.
