In the annual general meeting documents for 2025 of Lộc Trời Group, the nomination of two candidates for the Supervisory Board for the term 2024 – 2029 was announced, namely Nguyễn Viết Cương and Vũ Thanh Tùng. Cương is a Deputy of the Supervisory Board at BCG and was an auditor, while Tùng is proposed as the Head of Internal Control at LTG. Notably, LTG has proposed to dismiss previous supervisory board members. For the 2025 business plan, Lộc Trời expects revenue to reach 4.2 trillion VND, the lowest level, with a pre-tax accounting loss of 524 billion VND. The Board of Directors considers 2024 a particularly challenging year due to pressures from costs and financial difficulties, affecting the deployment of raw material areas and limiting exports. The company faces difficulties in repaying debts and has not yet announced the financial report for fiscal year 2024. Additionally, LTG proposed to cancel the dividend payment plan for 2023 due to challenges faced in production and business.
