Bản Việt Securities Investment Fund Management Company (VCAM) failed to sell 300,000 VCI shares due to unfavorable market pricing. After the failed transaction, VCAM retains 648,300 VCI shares, accounting for 0.09% of Vietcap’s capital. From December 2 to December 18, 2025, VCAM successfully purchased 580,000 VCI shares out of a million registered for purchase. During the same period, Bản Việt Discovery Fund acquired 100,000 VCI shares, increasing its ownership from 0% to 0.01% of Vietcap’s charter capital. Established in 2006, VCAM specializes in managing securities investment funds, and Nguyễn Thanh Phượng serves as the Chairperson of both VCAM and Vietcap. Additionally, on January 9, 2025, Vietcap will disburse a 5% interim dividend to shareholders, with an estimated payout of about 425.05 billion VND from undistributed profits as of September 30, 2025.
