Doan Nguyen Duc (Bau Duc), Chairman of HAGL, has registered to buy 5 million HAG shares to increase his ownership, with the transaction scheduled from March 9 to April 7, 2026. He currently holds 304.9 million shares, or 24.06% of the capital. After the transaction, his ownership will rise to 24.45%. HAG shares have dropped 16% to 15,900 VND/share, meaning he will need to spend about 80 billion VND for this transaction. HAGL is also preparing for its annual shareholders’ meeting on March 6, 2026. In 2025, HAGL reported a revenue of 7.44 trillion VND, a 29% increase, with a record after-tax profit of 2.243 trillion VND, 2.1 times higher than the previous year, mainly due to increased financial income from restructuring.
