Doan Hoang Anh, daughter of Chairman Doan Nguyen Duc (Bau Duc), sold 1 million HAG shares of Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAGL) from June 9 to June 13, 2025, earning over 12 billion VND. After the transaction, she owns 13 million shares, equivalent to 1.23% of the capital. In contrast, Bau Duc registered to buy 10 million HAG shares, increasing his ownership to 31.2% of the capital, with an estimated expenditure of over 130 billion VND. HAGL recently held its annual general meeting for 2025, announcing a revenue target of 5.514 trillion VND, with 76% from fruit and 19% from pigs. The first quarter’s revenue reached nearly 1.379 trillion VND, up 11%, while net profit was nearly 360 billion VND, up 59%. HAGL also plans to issue 210 million shares to swap for debt bonds, priced at 12,000 VND/share. Market price on June 13 was 12,800 VND/share.
