CTCP BCG Energy (BGE) announced that two senior staff members, Mr. Hoàng Trung Thành and Mr. Lê Thanh Tùng, have resigned for personal reasons. Mr. Thành stepped down from his role as Vice Chairman of the Board and Deputy General Director effective March 12, 2025, and declined all related rights and obligations. The Board subsequently relieved him of his duties and delegated management responsibilities for his stake in related companies. On the same day, Mr. Tùng also resigned under similar conditions, prompting the decision to postpone the annual general meeting until before June 30. Meanwhile, authorities have moved to prosecute Ms. Huỳnh Thị Kim Tuyến, a member of the Board of Supervisors at BCG Energy. However, the company affirmed that its operational activities continue as usual.
