On March 1, 2025, BCG Land JSC (UPCOM: BCR) announced that Vice Chairman Huynh Thi Kim Tuyen and Deputy CEO Le Nong were prosecuted in relation to a criminal case. Tuyen also holds a position at Tracodi (TCD) and is on the supervisory board of BCG Energy (BGE), both of which made similar announcements. On the same day, Bamboo Capital Group (HOSE: BCG) reported that former Chairman Nguyen Ho Nam was also prosecuted. Nam had resigned from all related positions at the company since April 27, 2024. Despite these developments, BCG’s business operations continue normally. Additionally, Nguyen Tung Lam resigned from his position on the BCG Land Board and as CEO of Bamboo Capital for personal career decisions, with Ho Viet Thuy appointed as the new CEO of BCG from March 4, 2025.
