Becamex Group (stock code: BCM) has announced a decision to pay dividends for 2024 in cash, with a ratio of 11%, equivalent to 1,100 VND per share. The total amount expected for dividend distribution is approximately 1.1385 trillion VND. This decision comes in response to new regulations from Government Decree 366 on state capital management, effective January 1, 2026. The deadline for shareholder registration is February 13, 2026, with payment scheduled for March 13, 2026. For Q4 2025, Becamex Group reported a revenue of about 1,376.5 billion VND, down 31.2% year-on-year, with a net profit of 1,247.1 billion VND, a decrease of 19%. For the entire year of 2025, total revenue increased by 32.7% compared to the previous year, reaching nearly 6,951 billion VND, and the net profit after tax increased by 46.8% to over 3,516 billion VND.
