Becamex IDC Dismisses Permanent Deputy General Director

Becamex IDC (Ticker: BCM) has just approved the decision to dismiss Mr. Giang Quốc Dũng from the position of Permanent Deputy General Director. Mr. Dũng, born in 1974, holds a Master’s degree in Economics and joined the company in 2009, currently owning 606,900 BCM shares (0.059% of capital). He also holds key positions in subsidiaries. On June 26, he was appointed as CEO of Bình Dương Investment and Project Management LLC (IMPCo). Concurrently, Becamex IDC decided to dismiss Mr. Phạm Ngọc Thuận from his position as CEO effective June 24, 2025; Mr. Thuận, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, holds various leadership roles within the Becamex ecosystem. He is replaced by Mr. Nguyễn Hoàn Vũ, born in 1973, formerly the Deputy General Director. Additionally, Becamex IDC announced the issuance of 113.85 million shares to pay dividends for 2024, with a ratio of 100:11, funded by undistributed after-tax profits.
