Becamex Infrastructure Development Corporation (Becamex IJC) has successfully completed the sale of 251.8 million shares to 9,240 shareholders on November 7, 2025. The rights exercise ratio was 3:2, generating over 2,518.3 billion VND at a price of 10,000 VND per share. The company’s charter capital increased from 3,777.5 billion VND to 6,295.8 billion VND. Becamex Group also purchased over 125.3 million shares, raising their ownership stake to 49.76%. In Q3 2025, IJC’s total revenue was approximately 671.6 billion VND, 3.5 times higher than the same period last year, with a net profit of around 254.4 billion VND. In the first 9 months of 2025, total revenue reached 996.6 billion VND, a 39.5% increase year-on-year. The company aims for a projected net profit of 429 billion VND in 2025, a 21% increase from 2024.
