Becamex IJC Sets Date for Cash Dividend Payment and Share Offering to Shareholders

Becamex IJC (stock code: IJC) announced its decision to close the shareholder list on September 17 for cash dividend payment at a rate of 5%, meaning shareholders will receive 500 VND per share. The total dividend payout is estimated at nearly 189 billion VND, with the payment date set for October 7, 2025. On the same day, IJC will also finalize the list for existing shareholders to purchase over 251.8 million new shares at a ratio of 3:2. The registration period for purchasing shares is from September 24 to October 23, 2025. Upon completion of the share offering, the company’s charter capital will increase from nearly 3,777.5 billion VND to 6,295.8 billion VND. With a selling price of 10,000 VND per share, IJC expects to raise about 2,518.3 billion VND. This capital will be invested in various projects, including the ring road No. 4 in HCMC and residential areas. For business performance, in the first half of 2025, IJC reported a revenue of nearly 324 billion VND, down 38% year on year, but net profit after tax increased by 53% to over 172 billion VND.
