Chairman of Masan Group, Nguyen Dang Quang, shared at the annual shareholders’ meeting that the company is focusing on digital transformation to enhance consumer experience and expand internationally. In the second phase of its 5-year plan, Masan will strengthen its consumer market share, asserting its position like major corporations such as Walmart or Amazon. He emphasized that traditional business models will gradually disappear, and integrating technology like AI, data, and automation is essential. Masan aims to own 10,000 Point Of Life stores and strives to serve 8 billion consumers worldwide. The revenue target for 2025 is set at 80.5 – 85.5 trillion VND, with profits expected to grow by 14% to 52%.
