At the 2025 Annual General Meeting, Nguyễn Đăng Quang – Chairman of Masan Group, stated that the group has completed phase 1 of a 5-year roadmap to build an integrated consumer-retail platform, with digital transformation as the key factor. Masan aims to become a consumer platform similar to Walmart, Amazon, and Apple. Mr. Quang emphasized Masan’s commitment to optimizing consumer experiences through new technology. In 2024, Masan Consumer is expected to achieve revenue between 33.5 trillion and 35.5 trillion VND, driven by product premiumization and international market expansion. Masan MeatLife and WinCommerce also reported significant growth targets and plans for ESOP issuance. The minimart model of WCM is considered effective in serving consumers in both urban and rural areas. Masan has also partnered with Manchester City to promote new products, highlighting the brand’s transformation strategy.
