On March 24, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (VHM) will finalize the list of shareholders for the 2025 annual general meeting, followed by Vingroup Corporation (VIC) on March 25. Details regarding the time and location will be announced later. Previous meetings have typically taken place at Vingroup’s headquarters in VinHome Riverside, Hanoi, around April-May each year. By October 2024, Vinhomes had 45,230 shareholders, while Vingroup reported 54,599 shareholders as of August 2023. In 2024, Vingroup achieved record revenue of 192.159 trillion VND (approximately 7.5 billion USD), with a net profit of 5.251 trillion VND, a 155% increase from 2023, exceeding its goals by 16%. Vinhomes also reported a net revenue of 102.045 trillion VND and a post-tax profit of 35.052 trillion VND, achieving its annual targets due to timely deliveries of major projects.
