Hoà Phát Group has received approval to invest in the Hoàng Diệu Industrial Park in Hai Phong, covering an area of 245 hectares with total investment of nearly 3.4 trillion VND. The project is implemented by the Hoàng Diệu Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company and is expected to be completed within 30 months, becoming a focal point in the area from July 1, 2025.
The Hoàng Diệu Industrial Park aims to develop industrial infrastructure with a focus on attracting high-tech enterprises. Its strategic location facilitates trade connections through highways and national roads, allowing for easy transportation of goods to nearby provinces, ports, and airports.
As of June 2025, Hoà Phát Group plans to expand its industrial land to 1,733 hectares across northern provinces, including many existing industrial parks that have a 95% occupancy rate, attracting major domestic and international businesses.
