Binance ends Tether USDT trading in Europe to comply with MiCA rules

To comply with MiCA regulations, Binance has ended Tether’s USDT spot trading in the EEA. Despite this, users can custody and engage with USDT in perpetual contracts.

This decision aligns with Binance’s commitment to delist non-MiCA-compliant tokens. Other exchanges, including Kraken, are also limiting such trading, reflecting widespread adherence to the new regulations.
