Binance officially launched its USDT-margined contract market maker program on November 12, 2025, at 08:00 (UTC+8). It aims to enhance trading incentives.
Beginning November 13, 2025, eligible market makers in the program will benefit from an extra 0.05 basis points rebate on BTCUSDT contracts, encouraging increased activity.
