Binance Proof-of-Reserves show Bitcoin balance dropped 23,000 BTC in November
Binance experienced a significant decline in its Bitcoin balance in November, dropping by over 23,000 BTC, or roughly 4%.
In contrast, Binance saw a more than 5% surge in the balance of Tether’s USDT, reaching $15.2 billion.
