On October 27, 2025, Binance announced its support for ApeCoin contract swaps on its BNB Smart Chain. Deposits for the old APE token will be suspended after October 29, and will be renamed APEOLD after the swap.
Despite the changes, all trading services including spot, margin, and contract trading for APE will remain operational throughout the swap process.
