Binh Minh Plastics Public Joint Stock Company (BMP) has announced its revenue plan for 2025 of 5.362 trillion VND, a 14.6% increase from 2024, with a projected net profit of 1.055 trillion VND, a 6% increase. The company plans to distribute at least 50% of net profit as dividends. In 2024, BMP’s revenue was 4.679 trillion VND, down 10% year-on-year, while net profit decreased by 4.8% to 991 billion VND, missing its target. Regarding personnel, the company proposed to dismiss Mr. Chaowalit Treejak from the Board of Directors and his position as CEO due to health reasons. Mr. Niwat Athiwattananont is expected to be elected to replace him on June 1, 2025. Mr. Chaowalit received a salary of 6.2 billion VND in 2024, a 23% increase from the previous year.
