The survey showed that 78% of young participants have more confidence in alternative savings methods, including cryptocurrencies, compared to traditional pension funds. A majority also expressed a desire for transparency and flexibility in their retirement savings.
Over 20% of respondents indicated a basic lack of understanding of pension systems. This highlights an urgent need for improved financial education, as many are seeking innovative savings options.
