BitMine will offer approximately 5.22 million shares at a price of 70 USD per share, as well as 10.4 million warrants priced at 87.50 USD. Expected gross proceeds could reach about 365.24 million USD.
If all warrants are exercised, proceeds may total around 913 million USD, leading to a combined total exceeding 1.28 billion USD from shares and warrants. BitMine owns over 2% of the ETH supply, valued at approximately 11.4 billion USD.
