This allocation signifies institutional capital’s transition from traditional fixed income to more efficient on-chain lending markets, highlighting a growing blend between DeFi and conventional finance.
Sid Powell, CEO of Maple Finance, remarked on this partnership, denoting it as a crucial milestone for the maturity of on-chain lending infrastructure. Bitwise’s assets exceed 12 billion USD, reflecting its position as the largest crypto index fund manager in the nation.
