On September 9, Boyaa Interactive indicated that 90% of funds from the HK$440 million rights issue will be directed towards acquiring Bitcoin, recognizing it as a strategic asset for advancing their Web3 initiatives.
The remaining 10% of the proceeds will be allocated for working capital. Additionally, shares are expected to be issued at an 8.19% discount as announced earlier on August 25.
