Bui Thanh Nhon’s wife sells 17.27 million shares of NVL

On October 22, Cao Thi Ngoc Suong, wife of Novaland Chairman Bui Thanh Nhon, registered to sell over 17.27 million NVL shares to meet personal needs. The transaction is expected to take place from October 28, 2024, to October 26, 2025. Currently, she holds over 50.52 million NVL shares, accounting for 2.47% of the capital. If successful, she will have 33.25 million shares left (1.62% of the charter capital). Nhon holds 96.76 million shares, making up 4.76%. This move comes amid strong selling pressure on NVL stocks following the Government Inspectorate’s conclusions about the company’s bond issues. On October 22, NVL shares traded at 14,350 VND, with Suong’s transaction value estimated at 247 billion VND. Novaland has also received investment approval for the NovaWorld Phan Thiet project, spanning over 986 hectares, with an estimated total investment of 5 billion USD.
