Bybit to add AI support agent to help its customer support team

Bybit has integrated an AI support agent to address customers’ inquiries swiftly. According to CEO Ben Zhou, the AI can manage up to 80% of customer questions regarding KYC and financial transactions, enabling quicker service responses.

The AI tools deployed also include features such as testing new functionalities, translating content for a global audience, aiding in project management, and even supporting legal documentation processes. However, Bybit recognizes the importance of human interaction for complex queries.
