Cà Mau Fertilizer Finalizes Dividend Payment of Over 1.058 Trillion Dong for 2024

The Cà Mau Oil and Gas Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (DCM) announced its decision to distribute dividends for the year 2024, amounting to 1.058 trillion dong, equivalent to a 20% dividend rate, translating to 2,000 dong per share for shareholders. The registration date for rights is June 30, 2025, with payment on July 15, 2025. At the annual shareholders’ meeting on June 16, 2025, the dividend proposal was approved, alongside a business plan projecting consolidated revenue of 13.983 trillion dong and a profit after tax of 774 billion dong for 2025. The meeting also elected Le Viet Dung as a member of the Board of Directors, reappointed Nguyen Duc Hanh, and released Truong Hong from his position. According to the Q1 2025 financial report, Cà Mau Fertilizer recorded revenue of 3.572 trillion dong (up 23.8% YoY) and a net profit of 412.1 billion dong (up 17.9%). Total assets reached about 16.886 trillion dong, with liabilities of 6.322 trillion dong.
