Cai Wensheng pays 20% premium, bets 84 million USD on Hong Kong AI-Web3 hub

The acquisition of PARK AURA in Tin Hau aims to create an innovative space focused on AI and Web3. The deal, costing approximately 650 million HKD (84 million USD), emphasizes a growing trend among Chinese tech entrepreneurs to invest in physical hubs for technological advancement.

PARK AURA will include an AI-themed café, co-working areas, and dedicated studios to foster local entrepreneurial talent. This investment aligns with Hong Kong’s status as the second-most crypto-friendly city, attracting further technological investments.
