Can FOMO help DOT’s price action after its failed breakout attempt?

Polkadot’s DOT experienced a failed breakout attempt and has faced a bearish trend since December. Despite bouncing off the support level at 6 USD, a recent mid-week peak resulted in a 12% pullback, reflecting low demand in the market.

The number of active addresses for DOT fluctuated, peaking at 8,038 on January 17. However, a notable decrease to 5,154 on January 11 indicated wavering trader interest. Increasing activity suggests potential anticipation for a price rebound.
