The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has carried out its largest cryptocurrency seizure in Canada, confiscating assets worth over 56 million CAD from TradeOgre.
The investigation, prompted by a Europol tip-off in June 2024, revealed TradeOgre’s lack of registration and identity verification for users, prompting concerns about illicit fund activities.
