Capital B completes 2.2 million EUR private placement, fully subscribed by Adam Back

On August 18th, Capital B announced the issuance of 1 million shares in a private placement, raising 2.2 million EUR. Adam Back fully subscribed to this offering, aiming to acquire 17 additional Bitcoins.

Fulgur Ventures will also convert 4,760,000 OCA B-01 convertible bonds into 8,750,000 common shares to enhance its capital structure.
