Charles Hoskinson of Cardano is accused of mismanaging ₳318 million (around 619 million USD) in ADA funds. Influencer @masatoalexander claims he improperly accessed and moved funds originally linked to Attain Corp without permission.
In response, Hoskinson firmly denied these accusations, stating the ADA became unspendable after a hard fork. He indicated that ADA was later managed through a custodial account, asserting intentions to pursue legal action if claims persist.
Masato requests proof of legal authority for fund movement and a transaction trail for relevant donations. He argues that withholding such evidence undermines the principles of decentralization that Cardano promotes.
